The Basics
Name :: Annie (& Moe)
Gender :: Female
Age :: 18
Appearance :: Annie's most noticeable trait is her wild hair, which is unusual even among the residents of Inktopolis. It is pink with green tips, and spreads out in a wide afro style, with individual tentacles spreading out from it. She dresses very casually in a jacket, and dark green dress, which has a belt with a skull on the buckle. The jacket appears to be paint-splattered, which is partially from the original design of the clothes and partially because of her proximity to the battles. She wears thick-rimmed glasses, combat boots, and orange and black tights as well. She is never seen without her large purple headphones around her neck or on her ears.
Moe is a clownfish that resides in her hair, and never leaves it. Orange and white stripes, somewhat bug-eyed, but otherwise looks like an ordinary clownfish (other than being larger than the clownfish we know of).
Personality
Personality :: Annie is very reserved and shy. She's friendly, it just takes awhile to reach her, and she doesn't have a lot to say even if you are friends with her. She likes to share her headgear that she makes herself - she makes it because it's hard for her hair to handle most of it, so she likes to share with those who can make use of it. In general, she's easy to befriend if you don't startle her. She has a hidden love of the battle arena, and while she doesn't usually go in herself (she likes too sometimes with her trusty paint roller, but she mostly watches), she can get very aggressive while rooting for her preferred team or players. She is surprisingly a very sore loser as well, but will try very hard not to take it out on others, and will instead storm around her room or a private open space later, though her attitude changes rapidly upon losing.
Moe is sassy and often downright rude, spending most of his time making challenges he can't follow up on (mostly because he's a coward - all talk, no action). He says a lot of things that Annie appears afraid to say, and she spends a lot of time ignoring him or trying to hush him up. He ignores her and keeps shouting terribly rude things at people, but if he were actually challenged, he would be sure to hide and leave Annie to deal with it - he's quite selfish in that way. He is very insecure, which is why he talks big game, but he's too nervous to follow up on it. Words are wind, as they say, and it's easy to make more than to follow up on actions. If Annie were actually in trouble it's believed he could help her, but it's unknown if he would or not. They make an odd pair of friends, as they get along when there aren't others around, but Moe can't seem to help himself when it comes to making fun of others.

History
History :: Annie was born and raised in Inktopolis as an only child. When she was very young, she met Moe, mostly because he decided he wanted to live in her hair and couldn't be convinced to leave. Her parents, both sea anemones themselves, explained that this was how it was for sea anemones, and that the clownfish was a friend for life. Moe was a name the fish chose for himself, even though Annie tried to suggest a few others, but he didn't care for those. She found it difficult to make friends due to Moe's rudeness, which started as soon as they met, but she had a few close friends in school, whom she still tries to keep in touch with to this day. She kept mostly to herself if she could, though, and coasted through life fairly easily. Her mother was the one who taught her how to craft hats, and later in life helped her open her own shop, Cooler Heads, which quickly became the happening shop for headgear - if that was what you were looking for, Annie was the one to help you out. She now lives above Cooler Heads, though she visits with her parents from time to time.
